You may not drive a goods vehicle continuously on national and international journeys for a period longer than 4½ hours. There is a daily limit of 9 to 10 hours depending on the particular circumstances.
Rest periods must be for at least 45 minutes in total after a period of driving for the maximum period. You are not able to drive for more than 56 hours in one week or for more than 90 hours in a two week period.
