Knife road rage attack - Sunday 16 November 2008
A lorry driver in Liverpool has been sentenced for attacking a family with a bread knife
The lorry driver believed the family had cut him up and indicated to them to pull over. He then threatened them with the knife, slashing the dashboard of their car and cutting their sat-nav wires. He then drove off in his 40-tonne lorry. He has been given 40 weeks in prison, suspended for 2 years and ordered to pay over £850 in compensation to the family.
