The most common instance where Notice is served is an NIP for speeding. There is an NIP time limit that applies of 14 days from the offence. Case Study

Driving Without Due Care and Attention

We have commonly found that in scenarios where a car and motorcycle are involved in an accident, it is the biker that gets pursued for an offence rather than the car driver.

This scenario is the outline of a case Motor Defence Solicitors took on and successfully obtained an acquittal for the biker.

Grey unluckiest colour - Friday 14 November 2008

Research has shown that drivers of grey cars are the most likely to call out a breakdown service than other colours
Grey tops the list of colours most likely to need breakdown assistance, followed by green, with a 37% chance of needing help, then yellow. Most reliable was red, with only 1.1million assistance call outs a year. One theory suggests that grey is a colour most used by car hire companies as it disguises dents and scratches well. These vehicles are then subject to high miles increasing the chance of needing breakdown assistance.
