The most common instance where Notice is served is an NIP for speeding. There is an NIP time limit that applies of 14 days from the offence. Court Summons?

Ford have announced the winner of their competition to design the modern day version of the Model T
It is the vehicles 100th anniversary and the competition was to design something that was simple and practical, carry 2 or more passengers and cost no more than $7,000. The winning concept is shaped like a pick-up truck; the driver sits in the middle and weighs only 800kg. The winner was from Aachen University's Institute of Automotive Engineering, the only European university to enter the competition.
