Manchester is to receive £1.45 Billion as an incentive to introduce congestion charging by 2013
The Transport Secretary, Ruth Kelly, added an additional £250 Million to the total. The money is to be spent on improving trams, buses and trains before charging comes into force in 2013. | | |
