The most common instance where Notice is served is an NIP for speeding. There is an NIP time limit that applies of 14 days from the offence. Once again we see the insiduous brainwashing of our children by the state. Every day we seem to be getting nearer and nearer to the horrors of George Orwells 1984. The slow and relentless erosion of our freedom seems to be the policy of whichever government is in power. Someone once said ‘Give me the child and I will give you the man.’, never was that so true as it is now when children, many of whom will leave school as illiterate as they went into it, are being brainwshed into becoming elements of the state. Keep our schools for education (and can we have the three ‘R’s and sitting at desks being taught by teachers with the power to enforce discipline and command respect), not for political machinations.
