Motorcycle helmet ratings
The Department for Transport has release updates to its motorcycle helmet ratings list
SHARP (Safety Helmet Assessment and Rating Programme) now totals 218 motorcycle helmets all rated for their safety using a broader range of tests than the minimum legal safety standard requires. The website, http://sharp.direct.gov.uk/, allows motorcyclists to select a helmet based on price, make and type, and then see the best rated helmets for their requirements.
