The BBC have lost their fight to keep the true identity of the Stig under wraps
The High Court refused a temporary injunction to stop him revealing his identity in his upcoming book. The BBC claimed that it would be a breach of confidentiality and this would spoil viewer’s enjoyment of the Top Gear series.
