The most common instance where Notice is served is an NIP for speeding. There is an NIP time limit that applies of 14 days from the offence. What a fantastic idea! Not really innovative though as they already have this much closer to home and have done for several years – in France!! The only difference being that the countdown is numeric seconds and just below the lights.
