There are far more responsible teenagers who will ultimately be car owners than the minority of nuggets who cause the problems. If the cost of learning to drive correctly and safely was less, more would be attracted to do it by the correct route and hopefully the accident rate would fall Good on them, as an ex teacher, I think road craft and the responsibility of car ownership should be part of the compulsory school curriculum. If anyone knows where we can go it would be great. The only thing it might do is make an uninsured car thief or joy rider a little safer.
