Londoners speed limited
London taxi and bus drivers could have speed limiters fitted if a trial proves successfulThe six month trial will fit Intelligent Speed Adaptation (ISA) devices to a London Bus, a taxi and 20 cars. If the trial shows that there are environmental and safety benefits the devices could be rolled out to all bus and taxi operators. The GPS powered devices automatically prevent a driver accelerating past the speed limit.
